For this post, we go back almost 4 years to a set of photos featuring the Dollyrots at the NYCB Theater in Westbury, N.Y. on June 7th, 2011.The Dollyrots opened for the Go-Go’s on the east coast leg of their Ladies Gone Wild tour with Chris Black in the drummer’s chair. The NYCB Theater was originally known as the Westbury Music Fair and has a revolving stage, but for this show, the stage remained stationary. Included are a couple of shots of the Dollyrots joining the Go-Go’s on stage dancing to “We Got the Beat” at the close of the evening (note Belinda’s bare feet!). Shot on a Nikon D3 with the 70-200mm f2.8.
